Designed for individuals and families seeking a simpler, more affordable way to maintain their oral health, this plan unlocks year-round savings and essential preventive services without the hassle of deductibles or claims.
OUR IN HOUSE CARE PLAN INCLUDES:
- 2 set of x-rays (FMX or 4BW and 2PA’s)
- 2 Exams (periodic oral evaluation)
- 2 Cleanings (prophylaxis)
- 20% OFF Treatments (*not Including Implants, Ortho, In Office whitening.)
*NOT ELIGIBLE FOR 20% OFF UNDER CARE PLAN:
(You have exactly 12 months to use up your benefits, keep in mind that the office is busy so please make your appointments ahead of time.)
- $3,995 Implant (implant placement, abutment and implant crown)
